Order Processing
Using our latest supply chain management system,
WellnessTrader.com is able to ship out most orders the next business
day. Orders received by 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through
Friday will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received
on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the following
business day.
Whenever you place an order with
WellnessTrader.com or its network sites, you will automatically be
sent a confirmation of your order via e-mail. If you wish to find out
the status of your order, you can find out simply by e-mailing us at orders@WellnessTrader.com
Additional Shipping Fee for Select Items
Currently, we charge a flat shipping charge for
all products sent via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. However, a few of
our products are very heavy and therefore require us to charge an
additional per-item shipping fee. These products are identified by an
asterisk (*) after their description. This additional shipping fee
will be added only to orders containing these select products,
including orders over $100.00. As always, we provide shipping FREE
of any handling fees!
International Shipping
We are currently working out the
details to ship our nutritional supplements to international
addresses. If you would like to be notified of the start of

Order Tracking
Once you place your order, a
confirmation of your order will be sent automatically via e-mail. If
you wish to find out the status of your order, you can find out simply
by e-mailing us at orders@WellnessTrader.com.
Back Orders
WellnessTrader.com uses latest e-business
software that minimizes the likelihood of a product being backordered.
However, in the event a product is backordered, you will be notified
of this via e-mail within 24-hours of placing your order. We will ship
the balance of your order immediately upon receiving it in our Store.
You will not be charged any additional shipping charges for the
remainder of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We are so sure that you will love the quality of
our products so we offer you this iron clad guarantee. If you are not
100% satisfied with any items purchased from us, you may return the
un-opened items, in its original condition within 30 days, and we will
give you an exchange or credit excluding the shipping charges.
